Welcome to WIN
A diverse community of hands-on innovators on a mission to close the gender gap in innovation in France
Our Vision: We Work to Change These Numbers
We believe “innovation” is about developing products, services and processes that add value to everybody - organizations and individuals, alike - while respecting people and the planet.
Women in France today...
Represent less than 2% of strategy, innovation, and digital C-Suite roles.
Occupy 7.5% of CEO positions in the top 20 largest innovation consultancies
Earn on average 6% less than men 30 months after graduating with a Master in STEM
Women in Innovation* is a French collective that brings together ~400 self-proclaimed innovators (consultants, entrepreneurs, artists, freelancers, strategists; all are welcome) to build a better tomorrow. A world of curiosity, diversity and opportunity, where women and minorities are pilots as much as actors. WIN is also a platform for those who put "curiosity into action" and want to engage with others, help one another and advance in our careers. All this in a safe space blending conviviality et professionalism.
Constructive Participation
A network is built by spending time together and in the posture of an active innovator and member.
Diversity
Innovation comes from all domains and by mixing perspectives.
We let our various viewpoints clash!
Member-Driven
We decide collectively on the next steps for the organization as a function of member needs.
Good Vibes
No need to be serious in innovation! We're keeping things pretty relaxed.
Safe Space
What members share during events or amongst themselves stays strictly confidential.
Collaboration
We want to work with partners to amplify our impact and theirs
Men are welcome
(under certain conditions...)
